IN THE WINERY
This Pinot Grigio thrives in an excellent location on the southern slope of Lake Montiggl at an altitude of about 490 meters. The vines grow on moraine gravel soils rich in porphyry and volcanic rock.
IN THE WINE CELLAR
25% are matured in large wooden barrels, the rest in steel tanks.
After 6 months on the fine yeast, the wine is bottled in May.
IN THE GLASS
Alpine elegance in the nose with fruity notes of apple, quince, pear, yellow fruit.
A certain Mediterranean strength as well as a peppery and spicy taste due the wood characterizes this Pinot Grigio.
In the drink it is juicy, with a great acidity and has a long finish.
AT THE TABLE
Excellent choice as aperitif, with white meat and fish.
Alcohol content: 14%
Residual sugar: 2,3g/l
